The rules, kept short.

Moments AI (momentsai.in) is an event photo and video service run by Zzeeh Productions, India (“we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Zzeeh Productions.

By using Moments AI (momentsai.in and any event page), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. That includes visiting the website, opening an event page, uploading, using SnapSeek or My Moments, running an event as a host, and showing a Live Wall. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Moments AI.

If you use Moments AI for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: what happens when you’re signed in is your responsibility. Hosts must be 18 or over. We review every request for host access, and we may refuse it.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used to misuse the service.

As a host, you:

• decide who gets your event’s link and QR. Anyone who has them can open your event page and its public albums;
• choose which albums are public or private, whether guests can download, and whether SnapSeek and the Live Wall are on;
• are responsible for what you put on your event page (names, text, cover photo, logos, brand colours, social links and sponsor logos), and confirm you have the right to use it;
• are responsible for telling your guests that your event uses Moments AI, including SnapSeek when it’s on, and pointing them to these terms;
• can hide or delete any photo or video in your event.

You can open an event page from its link or QR. To upload, use SnapSeek or see My Moments, you sign in with Google. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before you upload or use SnapSeek.

What you upload goes to the host’s event, and the host decides how it is shown: they can hide or delete it. You can download photos as far as the host allows.

You keep the rights to the photos and videos you upload. You give us permission (free of charge, worldwide, and not exclusive) to store them, make optimised copies, show them to the people the host’s settings allow (including on the Live Wall), let the host and guests download them as the host allows, and use them for SnapSeek, only to provide Moments AI.

We don’t use your photos or videos to advertise Moments AI without permission from you or the host.

By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to share the photo or video, and that sharing it at this event doesn’t break anyone’s rights or the law.

Don’t use Moments AI to:

• upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful or harmful, or anything showing a child inappropriately;
• harass, embarrass or threaten anyone, or share photos of people in a way they would reasonably object to;
• upload material you don’t have the right to share;
• use SnapSeek with anyone’s face but your own;
• get into events, accounts or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt, overload or copy the service;
• upload viruses or anything else harmful.

To report something, write to info@zzeeh.com and tell us the event and the photo. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content where the law requires it.

When the host turns SnapSeek on, you can take a selfie and see the event’s photos you’re in. How we handle selfies and face data is in the Privacy Policy; by taking a selfie, you agree to it.

Face matching isn’t perfect: it can miss photos you’re in, or show a photo you’re not in.

When a host or one of our administrators deletes a photo or video, it moves to a trash that only our administrators can see, and it can be restored. It is not erased automatically. To ask for content or your data to be erased, write to info@zzeeh.com.

Prices are agreed with us for each event before it starts, in Indian rupees. Taxes, including GST, apply as the law requires. Payment terms, changes, cancellations and refunds are as agreed with you in writing for your event.

We work to keep Moments AI running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, for example during maintenance, network problems at the venue, or problems at our providers. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

Features marked “Coming soon” on our website aren’t available yet. We may change, add or remove features; if a change affects an event you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you.

You can stop using Moments AI at any time. To close your account or ask us to delete your data, write to info@zzeeh.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Moments AI is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, for content that users upload, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Moments AI is limited to the amount you paid us for the event concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

If you break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you are responsible for the losses that follow from your breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a dispute with us, please write to info@zzeeh.com first, and we’ll try to resolve it with you. If we can’t, the dispute will be decided by the courts of India.

We will update these terms when the service changes, and change the date at the top of this page. Using Moments AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
